Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring the aesthetic and quality of the garment is preserved.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
